Vintage Cast Iron & Wood Fruit / Cider Press – Rustic Primitive Wine Making Tool

Description

This is a vintage cast iron and wood cider/fruit press, marked P100, once used for pressing apples, grapes, or other fruits for cider and wine.

Important Note: The press is missing its internal pressure plate/disc that would sit inside the bucket for pressing. Because of this, it is best suited for display, décor, or as a restoration project rather than functional use.

Details:* Construction: Heavy cast iron screw top with wood slat bucket and sturdy wood frame.
* Size: 50″ high extended, 40″ lowered, 21″ wide x 20″ deep overall.
* Condition: Some restoration work has been done on the frame; shows age-related wear, patina, and rustic character. Missing pressure plate/disc.
* Use: Ideal as a decorative farmhouse, winery, or rustic kitchen display. Could be restored for functional use by adding a replacement plate.
